Fotobudi ("we", "us", "our") operates the website fotobudi.com and related services that help online sellers create listing-ready product photos using AI.

- Account details (name, email, profile image) when you sign in with Google
- Payment and billing information processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe)
- Images you upload and AI outputs you generate
- Usage data such as credit balance, generation history, and basic device/log data
2. How we use information
- To provide and improve the Fotobudi service
- To process payments and manage credit packs
- To send service-related messages (account, billing, support)
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure
3. AI processing
Uploaded images may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as MuAPI) solely to generate your requested outputs. Do not upload images you are not allowed to use.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run Fotobudi (hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing), or when required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep account and generation records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
