1. The service

Fotobudi provides AI tools to help sellers create listing-ready product photos and related content. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Credits & payments

Fotobudi uses a credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you run generations. Prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, purchased credits are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

• Only upload content you have rights to use
• Do not use Fotobudi for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service
• Do not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other rights of others

5. AI outputs

AI results may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in listings or marketing. We do not guarantee marketplace approval or sales results.

6. Intellectual property

Fotobudi branding, software, and site content belong to us. Subject to these terms, you retain rights to your original uploads. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
