Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Fotobudi credit purchases on fotobudi.com.

1. Credit packs (one-time)

Fotobudi primarily sells one-time credit packs (not a recurring subscription by default). Once credits are purchased and delivered to your account, they are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as described below.

2. When we may refund

  • Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a technical error on our side
  • Credits purchased but not delivered to your account due to a system failure
  • Failed generations where credits were deducted and not automatically restored

If unused credits remain and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase for a qualifying technical issue, we will review it case by case.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Credits already used for successful generations
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective AI creative output quality alone
  • Purchases made with incorrect account details provided by the customer

4. Cancellations

Because credit packs are one-time purchases, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel by default. You can stop using Fotobudi at any time. If a subscription plan is introduced later, you can cancel renewal from your account or by emailing support; you keep remaining credits already purchased.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@fotobudi.com with your account email, purchase date/amount, and a short description of the issue. We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
